Support for paying customers

On Standard and Pro plans, write to support@dbsdue.co.uk and you'll get a same-day response Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time.

Privacy and data requests

For data access, deletion or any UK GDPR question, email privacy@dbsdue.co.uk. Our Data Protection lead responds within 30 days, almost always sooner.

Security disclosures

Found a vulnerability? Please report it responsibly to security@dbsdue.co.uk. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours and credit you in our changelog if you'd like.
